Raf Simons today's debut in Dior house

Designer Raf Simons (former Jil Sander's designer) makes his grand debut as the head of Christian Dior, taking John Galliano's place. Today he presented his first haute couture collection in Paris. Every mayor fashion personality attended and where gladly amused both by the decoration of the saloon, (walls full covered with natural flowers) and by the collection it self, which was a bold approach to Dior's classical silhouettes and colors.
 Here, my favorite pieces...

My geisha moment

Having tea at the Yachiyo ryokan (traditional japanese guest house) in my new vintage kimono.

Any given sunday

This is what you get when you walk around Kyoto's street: Beautiful and sophisticated geishas and mayko. Exquisite silk kimonos with joyful designs made up my day. It was really exiting to actually see geishas on the way, they were always in a good mood for a picture.

Unbelievable

I'm Speechless with Olivier Rousteing's collection for Balmain. One of the most beautiful shows I ever saw. Pearls, crystals, velvet, leather... Resemblance of Faberge designs...
Probably, only extreme rich Russians will be able to afford these collectible pieces, the rest of the mortals will have to content by watching them in pictures.

Here, my personal witty Clutch from the turkish brand Kiki's Design

Editor's choice of the week

Believe it or not, all of these are...Purses!
And I love them for the fact that they are sooo witty. They obviously don't look like any regular bag, instead they go few steeps further and in a very humorous way: Martin Margiela folded a rug, Christopher Kane arranged a bouquet, and Olympia LeTan turned books into our favorite accessory. Just picture yourself carrying one of these, aint it funny?

Now trending: Arabescatto Carrara marble hair

I couldn't help it, and i ran to my hairdresser after watching last Prada fashion show. Its not new, Daphne Guinness has been dyeing her hair like this for long time now, and Cruela deVil has been chasing puppies in her black and white everything. Right now, this is as modern as it can get. What do you think?
